Why this page matters more than usual
This site is published by a company with a commercial interest in the subject.
It asks readers to check its figures against independent sources. A publisher making that request cannot quietly amend its own mistakes, and an invisible correction would cost more here than on a disinterested site.
What counts as a correction
Logged here: a factual error, a misstated range, a standard or method described wrongly, a figure attributed to the wrong kind of source, or a recommendation reversed.
Not logged: typographical fixes, clarified wording that does not change meaning, and statements accurate at their stated check date.
The specific correction test
A claim that works only in the publisher's favour, with no checkable basis.
The test stated on the about page is whether this site says things that reduce its own sale. A page that fails it should be treated as a correction issue rather than as a difference of opinion.
Engineering corrections
Corrections from people who produce yield assessments take priority.
This site characterises published methods and typical ranges. Getting one wrong misleads buyers about what to expect from your work, and it is the most damaging error available here.
When plant data contradicts a claim
Three years of production and irradiance data that do not match what this site describes is exactly the evidence nobody collects.
Such evidence is grounds to revisit the page and, when verified, record the change in the correction log.
The log
No corrections have been logged yet. This site is new, and an empty log means only that — not that no errors exist. When one is found it will appear here with the date it was published, the date it was corrected, and what was wrong.
